Attendance System is a selfie and GPS based attendance system, employee can fill attendance right from their smartphone.
It helps,
- Companies to keep track of employees,
- A registered employee can fill attendance by taking his/her selfie,
- Employee can send leave application and gets notified when leave approved or rejected,
- The manager can send message to the admin.
- With Order Inquiry management.
Concept Overview
In this system, we create an employee working zone. like their office area, So to fill their attendance employee must have to be present inside that assigned zone. Otherwise, their attendance will not be accepted.
There are check-in and check-out, so we calculate the difference between those times to find out how many hours the employee works in the office.
Also, there is a tracking service so if an employee leaves without telling the manager then their track record will show to the admin that the employee has left office with DateTime and location.
Also, there is a leave management system so the employee can ask for leave directly from the app and got leave to accept/reject notification directly into the app.
